I am Lynn Russell, the designer and printer behind Satsuma Press in Corvallis, Oregon.

All work is designed and printed by me on my Vandercook SP-15 or Heidelberg Windmill. This journal is a place to share some of the ideas and processes that go on before, during and after a piece goes to press – as well as a way to give you a glimpse of my life outside my studio.

And sometimes there are photos of my six year old, Liam, an amazing kid who also happens to have a neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type II.
